The program focuses on helping you determine what foods and lifestyle factors your personal body requires in order to find relief from your achy joints and inflammation. I help you build healthy daily and weekly habits with realistic routines that help you have success gaining control of your inflammation.
To begin, blood tests, medical history, and food preferences are complied. This information is taken and a personalized meal plan is designed for you.
The program consists of 4 phases. In the first phase, the detoxification process begins. This is necessary in preparing your metabolism for the next stage of the program.
Stage 2 is a strict adjustment phase where your metabolism will slowly adjust and become more efficient. If weight loss is also desired, many see and feel the loss of weight beginning in this phase.
In the 3rd phase, additional foods are added to your meal plan. You will feel a difference in your body’s inflammation and have more energy!
Finally, in phase 4 we set you up for success long term, and create the maintenance plan you’ll be able to continue living a vibrant active life.

I guide you through the program so your only job is to focus on doing the work. I listen to you and provide encouragement, adjusting as needed.
